Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain services offered.
• ✓ Handle inbound calls and provide clear, accurate information.
• ✓ Maintain call logs, update records, and follow up with leads.
• ✓ Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• ✓ Build rapport with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• ✓ Share feedback and call outcomes with the reporting manager.

Skills & Technical Qualifications

• ✓ Minimum 6 months of telecalling/customer support experience.
• ✓ Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
• ✓ Ability to manage customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• ✓ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
• ✓ Target-driven with good persuasion skills.
